Megaphone PHX is a collective studio workspace located at 515 E. Grant Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. This policy covers megaphonephx.com and all associated subdomains.

What we collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• The page you signed up from (e.g., homepage, exhibition page)
• Your IP address (for spam prevention only)

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party analytics. We load fonts from Adobe Typekit, which may set its own cookies per Adobe's privacy policy.

How we use your data

By subscribing, you consent to us storing and using your information for the purpose described below. Your name and email are used solely to send you occasional updates about Megaphone PHX — events, exhibitions, and studio news. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Where your data is stored

Subscriber data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Your data is processed through Cloudflare Workers, which operate in Cloudflare's global network. For more information, see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Data retention

We retain your information until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Upon request, your data will be permanently removed from our database within 30 days.

Your rights

You may request to unsubscribe or have your data deleted at any time by emailing hello@megaphonephx.com. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or port your data. We process your data based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
